Oilseed rape is a familiar crop for the Kirov region, but a significant part of the crop had been sold to other regions without being processed, and vegetable oils and cake had been purchased in other regions for a long time. We saw an opportunity to produce useful, high-quality and popular products — edible rapeseed oil and rapeseed cake. Lebyazhye settlement was chosen as the site for the plant construction. It has a favorable environmental situation and planted acreage suitable for rapeseed cultivation. So, in the autumn of 2014, the Lebyazhsky Plant of Vegetable Oils started working.

The plant reached full capacity and began shipping oil in railway tanks to Russian and European partners.
A contract has been concluded with a state-owned company in China and the technology of oil shipment in sea containers has been introduced. The first limited batch of oil was produced for retail consumers.
The company was awarded the title “Exporter of the Year”.
